It made sense to bring these capabilities into one place, giving a greater ease of access to our existing and new customers, and allowing them the peace of mind to focus on long-term innovation.

Our new and streamlined structure means that we can also take customers from prototyping to design to mass production even faster than before.

The business will remain a wholly owned subsidiary of Avnet, connected to Avnet’s global distribution network as well as collaborating with Avnet’s other solutions businesses.
